Titon is set to launch its latest round of customer and supplier surveys in October as part of its ongoing commitment to understanding how it is performing and where it can improve.
Working with Investors in Customers (IIC), Titon will once again invite customers and suppliers to share their views and experiences of working with the business.
The surveys will provide an opportunity for respondents to give honest feedback across a range of areas, helping Titon understand what it is doing well and identify opportunities to improve its products, services and relationships.
Feedback from previous IIC surveys has provided valuable insight into the experiences and expectations of Titon's customers and suppliers. The latest surveys will build on this feedback, allowing Titon to track progress and ensure that the voice of its customers and suppliers continues to inform the business.
The surveys will be distributed during October 2026, with customers and suppliers encouraged to take part and share their views.
Keep an eye on your inbox! Customers and suppliers will receive an email from Investors in Customers with a link to complete the survey. The survey should only take a few minutes to complete, and every response will help Titon understand where it can continue to improve.
