Leading domestic ventilation manufacturer Titon has appointed Lee Caulfield as UK Sales Director of its Ventilation Systems division.
Lee will be responsible for leading the Ventilation Systems sales team, while spending time with new build residential clients. He brings with him a wealth of experience from his previous roles with other companies where he gained considerable knowledge about the ventilation sector, as well as strong leadership and people management skills.
Commenting on his new role, Lee said: “I am delighted to have joined Titon at a time when there are such huge opportunities for the residential ventilation sector. As properties are made more air tight in line with stringent regulations, the need for good indoor air quality has grown in importance. The government has also established an ambitious new build programme, presenting the construction industry with a number of challenges, especially the amount of skilled labour required to deliver results. Fortunately, the company is perfectly placed to offer a breadth of products to meet the needs of the market, along with expertly trained designers and support staff to assist the industry wherever needed.”

We are looking for incremental sales growth from new clients, while continuing to support our existing and much valued customers, so I’ll be looking at the strength of the pipeline, opportunity conversion and sales margin.“

Lee is married with three children. His hobbies include running with Colchester Harriers and supporting Ipswich Town Football Club.
