Role Description
Titon is on the move. As part of our ambitious expansion, we’re recruiting for an Area Sales Manager to join our Window & Door Hardware division – and we’re looking for the best. We have one vacancy available, but can be flexible on location.
You’ll be taking full ownership of your region, managing a portfolio of high-value clients, distributors, and partners. You’ll bring your drive, autonomy, and expertise to a role that offers real influence and visibility within the organisation.

What You'll Be Doing:
- Own your territory – Lead and manage the region for sales development and account growth.
- Grow the business – Build strong relationships with fabricators, systems houses, and distributors to drive profitable sales.
- Develop key accounts – Apply strategic account management and cross-selling techniques to maximise value.
- Find new opportunities – Prospect and qualify new leads using initiative, internal collaboration, and industry tools.
- Stay connected – Leverage social media, CRM tools, and your own network to stay ahead of market trends and competitor activity.
- Collaborate effectively – Work seamlessly with our internal sales, customer service, and technical teams to deliver value to the clients.
What You’ll Bring:
- Minimum 2 years in a similar technical or area sales role
- Strong sales and business development instincts – a true self-starter
- Excellent communication and client relationship skills
- Experience or interest in window & door hardware or profile industry (Desirable)
- Confident delivering presentations and technical sales messaging
- Organised, driven and keen to deliver professional selling and customer value
- Full UK driving licence – essential
