Vacancy - Production Operative

Titon is currently seeking a reliable and adaptable Production Operative to join our manufacturing team. While this role requires flexibility to work across all areas of the factory and wider production environment.

We are looking for a reliable and motivated General Operative to join our manufacturing team in a fast-paced factory environment. The role involves supporting production across the MEV, Assembly, GIV and Fabrication areas by assembling products, operating equipment and carrying out testing activities. You will be responsible for following build instructions and technical drawings, using hand tools and machinery safely, completing quality checks and ensuring finished products are correctly packed, labelled and recorded.

The successful candidate will work flexibly across departments to support production demands while maintaining high standards of safety, quality and efficiency. This role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to follow instructions accurately and a positive team-focused approach. Experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced setting are essential.
