Titon Appoints New CFO

Titon is pleased to announce the promotion of Carolyn Isom to the Titon Holdings Board as Chief Financial Officer.
Keith Ritchie, Titon’s Executive Chairman said “since joining Titon two years ago, Carolyn has demonstrated her talent and drive and has shown her commitment to the business and her ability to solve problems. She was a key member of the Management Team throughout the Covid crisis, and I am confident she will continue to make an impact on the business in 2022 and beyond and fully deserves her new position in the Group.”
Carolyn added “I am delighted to be joining the Titon Holdings Board after two years at Titon. I could never have envisaged the challenges that the new role would bring me after joining just before the Covid-19 pandemic. However, I am proud of what I achieved in that period, driving improvements, and supporting the business effectively.
“2022 is without doubt going to be another challenging year, but with that comes not only hard work but also excitement about what we can achieve, and I remain committed and passionate in leading that change and driving the business forward.
“I am also proud to celebrate becoming the first female Director of Titon Holdings. I feel this is a great achievement for me personally, and is also a step in the right direction in terms of promoting diversity and inclusion at Titon”.
