Titon Supplies Coalville Glass & Glazing With Latest Window & Door Hardware
Titon has successfully established a framework agreement to supply its range of hardware to rapidly expanding Leicestershire based window and door fabricator, Coalville Glass & Glazing.
Throughout 2017, Coalville Glass & Glazing has begun using increased quantities of Titon’s ranges of window handles, restrictors, door handles, and Three Star security door cylinders across its portfolio. Since incorporating the hardware into its product offering, reaction has been positive, with national housebuilders, trade and retail customers all praising the high quality of Coalville’s windows and doors.
Commenting on the framework agreement, Andrew Whitehorn, Company Director of Coalville Glass & Glazing said: “We’ve always been impressed with the products and the level of service we receive from Titon. They manage to offer the right balance of quality and price points that this market dictates, so it was a logical step to purchase a wider range from their hardware offering, in turn reducing the number of suppliers we have to deal with. Not only are we delighted from a production perspective, we have also received excellent feedback from our customers about the hardware.”
Andrew continued:
“The Titon range has recently been extended, with Part Q Building Regulations coming in to force and the PAS24 specification being required. By using Titon’s Three Star door cylinder – as well as the Titon door handle – we can achieve the required standard easily.”
Coalville Glass & Glazing has now been in the industry for over 40 years, comprising a team of 75 employees in a 12,000m2 manufacturing facility. The fabricator uses Eurocell profiles for its windows and doors, while the company’s portfolio includes PVCu casement/doors/bi-fold doors and also aluminium products.
