Engineering the Future: Building Talent from Within

Titon is delighted to announce that Alex Wareham-Kirk, Hardware Products Engineer within the Window & Door Hardware division, is embarking on a five-year Engineering Degree Apprenticeship, supported by Titon, as part of the company’s ongoing commitment to nurturing and developing talent.

Since joining Titon, Alex has played a key role in testing, evaluating, and supporting the development of the company’s hardware products. His apprenticeship will see him take on greater responsibility in design, innovation, and product improvement, and his studies will provide him with a deeper foundation in engineering theory and practice.

Speaking about his apprenticeship, Alex said: “I’m incredibly grateful for the opportunity Titon has given me to progress both professionally and academically. The combination of real-world engineering experience and formal degree study is the perfect way for me to develop my skills and contribute more to the business. I’m excited for the challenges ahead.”
