Coronavirus Update 3/24/20

Following the broadcast by the UK Prime Minister on 23 March 2020, and in accordance with the UK Government’s advice regarding essential travel and work, we have decided to temporarily close down our factory and distribution center in the UK and accordingly therefore pause production for the UK, Europe and Rest of the World, excluding South Korea.

This closure will remain in place until further notice and will be reviewed on an ongoing basis. This is a step that we did not wish to take but feel we have no choice given the current situation and the overriding need to consider the safety of employees, customers, suppliers and other stakeholders. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

We will therefore be unable to dispatch or receive deliveries during this period, however some of our administration and management staff will continue to work from home and are available to answer any queries, ideally via email. We will happily accept sales orders, of course on the understanding that standard lead times will not apply for the foreseeable future.
