BIM models for ventilation design and specification

Titon provides a range of BIM models and Revit files for ventilation systems, helping architects, consultants, contractors and building designers incorporate Titon products into residential building projects.

Our BIM library includes downloadable RFA Revit models for MVHR, mechanical extract ventilation (CME), ducting and other ventilation products. The models contain product information and configurable parameters to support accurate system design, specification and coordination.

Titon BIM families are designed to make ventilation products easier to select and incorporate into digital building models. Where available, product variations can be selected within the same family, with the relevant physical dimensions and product data updated automatically.

What BIM models does Titon provide?

Titon's BIM library includes models for MVHR systems, CME mechanical extract ventilation, ventilation ducting, dMEV and other ventilation products, including Titon FireSafe® Airbrick and SF Xtra Sound Attenuator ventilators.

For projects requiring more detailed support, Titon's in-house design team can work with CAD and Revit drawings to develop ventilation designs and provide BIM files containing relevant commissioning and acoustic information.
