BIM library

Building information modeling (BIM) is a new way of approaching the design and documentation of building projects.

Titon BIM models have been created in families to allow easier usage with smaller file sizes.

A Family is a group of elements with a common set of properties and a similar graphical representation. Some properties have different values e.g. airflow capacity and physical size, but their set of parameters (names and meanings) are the same. These variations create a family.

When a Vertical Titon MVHR unit is loaded, the whole range including Eco (Summer ByPass) models are included to allow the user to easily pick or even change their selection using the drop-down list. The properties will automatically change both the physical representation and its relevant data.

Titon has produced a library of BIM models for download as RFA Revit files.

Free design service

We offer comprehensive design services to support new build residential mechanical ventilation system planning and compliance.

Our in-house design experts work with CAD and Revit drawings, providing detailed ventilation designs and BIM files that include commissioning data and specific acoustic results, as required.

These designs are submitted for approval, and we coordinate with specialised consultants as needed​.
